I read something that he may be leaving Jacksonville.

Otherwise...I just need to shave my balls.

Hell Yeah. He is in a dumpster fire over there. Ingram is a free agent. I am all in with Fournette. But first things first. Let's go win the Surer Bowl then we will worry about free agency.

This is interesting though:

Jaguars reportedly void Leonard Fournette’s remaining guarantees

The tongue-lashing that Jaguars V.P. of football operations Tom Coughlin gave running back Leonard Fournette was just the beginning. The next step involves potentially picking $7.1 million out of his pockets.

According to the Associated Press, the Jaguars have informed Fournette that they have voided the remaining guarantees on his first-round rookie deal. The team acquired the ability to do it after Fournette was suspended for one game earlier this season, after exiting the bench and participating in a fight at Buffalo.

Fournette has the ability to challenge the move, and he’s got 7.1 million reasons to try.

If the void stands, the Jaguars would be able to cut Fournette with no further financial liability, this year or next year. The Jaguars could also try to trade Fournette, since his new team wouldn’t be automatically on the hook for more than $2.9 million in 2019 and more than $4.1 million in 2020.

That was a short career, I give him one or two Moreno years.

It seemed like he was the type who enjoyed being famous more than he enjoyed the game of football.

I like LF, I think he just doesn't like playing for Jacksonville. That being said I would try to keep the two headed monster alive if Ingram is good with not getting the touches and money of a feature back.

I doubt Leonard would like to play in a system like NO anyway. Kamara is too good to just use as a gadget player like we used Reggie Bush.

I don't know what Fournette would do if he played for the Saints and he wasn't going against 10 men in the box every carry. If healthy and that is a big if, he would be very productive in this offense.

To be fair, Ingram is running behind one of the best lines in the NFL. LF7 is.....not. Fournette also has no QB and God awful coaches.

I dont see how one suspension voids the contract. The players union will be all over this.

I don't get the hate for Fournette that I've been reading in other threads. He had a great rookie season last year without the threat of a competent QB. I don't closely follow the Jags but I thought Fournette has been hurt most of the season. In the games he has played in I've seen them run his arse into 8 man fronts all day much like at LSU, except now he's running into fully grown pro football players.

The entire team has been a joke this year and their biggest problem right now from what I see is they gave an extension to a terrible QB and it blew up in their face, not a 2nd year RB who's been banged up.

If he were to get released I think it would be wise to look into signing him. Ingram has been great but in the grand scheme of things do you invest in a RB approaching the downside of his career or a younger RB that might take slightly less to come play with a contender that has the best offensive line in the league, other skill players to share the load, and oh by the way he would be coming home.

I’d make this trade all day long. Love Ingram, but Fournette is better and would get way less wear and tear here and thus less injury issues.

Right now, but Ingram is pushing 30 and it's not like he lit the NFL on fire his first 3-4 years. Also had injury problems almost every year. I love the player Ingram has become, but RB's start to decline around this age for him. I think he has another 2 good years and maybe a couple solid seasons after that, but Fournette could be a top 3 RB in the NFL when in the right organization. The current season doesn't define who he can become. Just like Ingrams first 2-3 seasons didn't define his future

As of right now, Ingram is better that Fournette, but Ingram is 29 and is on his last contract. He will have to take a cut to stay with the Saints.

Do the Saints resign Ingram or go for a younger option with Fournette and Kamara?

Because he has some maturity concerns, it automatically means he's a thug. Sounds like you're a moron. The Saints team and organization can help him mature.

So, you think Ingram would put up better stats than LF if he were running behind the Jacksonville OL?

Ingram is a valuable part of the Saints offense, but if you don't think that having Brees lighting up secondaries, and Kamara splitting reps with him isn't a huge advantage over what Fournette is dealing with, I don't know what to tell you.
