Final Season Ticket Payment

Is the last payment for tickets due Friday? I had to switch accounts and now my seatgeek account is all messed up.

I called yesterday because I'd gone onto Ticket Manager where it showed I'd paid half but didn't have an open invoice to pay the other half. That's when I found out that you can't make payments online anymore...but also that I was somehow signed up for "auto payment" option. And the final payment will automatically be charged to my credit card on Friday. So yes, Friday is final payment deadline.

Yes, everyone who paid the first installment by credit card in late March is automatically set up for auto pay of the final payment.
It would have been nice to have that stated on the confirmation email from March and/or resend it this morning so everyone isn't panicked and they wouldn't have to answer a million unnecessary calls. Derp!
Edit: There is no auto pay per my call back from the Saints even though I signed up for it in March, it's a Seatgeek failure. I paid via phone and the Saints and Seatgeek are going to get a nasty email. I wonder if the Dallas Cowboys had this problem too....

The seat-geek morons do it AGAIN ! HOW, they were able to acquire the NFL/Saints ticket 'business' is a mystery...i.e. one foul-up after another ! Someone, must have been PAID, to let atrocity happen !

Mine was not for some reason but you should call yourself. Worst case you'll pay next week, they can't do anything if it's their error.

Seatgeek was selected by the Saints and the Dallas Cowboys independently. Ticketmaster and the old setup was horrible, so going back would be a stupid response.
Admittedly today caused me to question the choice of Seatgeek for the first time, but let's not forget you're just bitter because you're too dumb to use their app, which is fantastic, and it's all you talk about on here.
If you can't use the Seatgeek app, "just hit your call button and Tommy will come hit you in the head with a hammer because you are a REE-TARD!"

Fine response MORON...the seat-geek 'transition' was NOT a seamless one for many season ticket patrons = FACT ! my account was soo screwed up it took the seat geek 'office' 3 days to correct/re-configure = FACT, others had similar experiences = FACT ! Just because it went well for you, does not mean it was not an over-all foul up. They have improved some things but many still have on-going problems with their accounts = FACT !

When you made your first payment it clearly stated that on 5-31-19 the same card will be charged for the second half of the tickets and that if you want to use a different card you need to call them

i got the e-mail that my payment was gonna be auto-deducted today and it sure was, so i'd check to make sure some of you don't get double charged JIC.

Thank you for this thread. My autopay did not go through and I wasn't notified about it. Just called and they straightened it out and I'm all paid up. Sec 618 FTW.
