If they are adamant that they want 32 value, chart says that is worth 590. 42 is worth 480, 76- 210, 103 - 88.

42 and 103 get you there. I'm not so sure I want to let go of 32 or 42. But that's just me.

Keep 32.. either use it at end of the 1st round or Trade down into top of Second round for addition picks in either the second, third, and fourth rounds. That 32 pick is very valuable to teams wanting 5th year option for a certain player.

This trade doesn't happen until draft day anyway. Saints will wait and see who is available at 32 before pulling the trigger on a trade.

We have traded down like 2 times in ten years. I don't see is teasing down based on history.

Not even going to address the rest of your bullshite that's already been rehashed and dispelled repeatedly on here.

How the frick is Butler "risking a locker room cancer"?

im not saying they dont have the same value. Im simply saying id rather have 3 players from the top 100 in the draft rather then one; especially when that first and second round picks are only separated by 10 slots. You're getting the same caliber of player.

I'll be so happy when this is done, and everyone can stop speculating on it.

I'd rather just give 32 straight up. Four picks still in top 100 of a deep draft.

There's no haggling going on at this point. The deal has been agreed to since Cooks.

32 was an IOU since Butler hadn't signed the tender.

I seriously doubt the Saints or Pats would try to extract more/less from each other at this point.

Their plan has worked beautifully. Despite it being so obvious this deal is done, they've strung it out with disinformation to avoid any NFL investigation of collusion from Goodell's goons.

I'll be shocked if the deal is not just for 32.

32 was an IOU for a starting WR and first round draft pick in Branfon Cooks? We also gave New England a high fourth round draft pick as part of that IOU deal. If the 32 was just an IOU for Butler the Saints got arse raped by the Pats.

This has Tubuckey Jones 2.0 written all over it.

Except for the fact that:

- Jones, unlike Butler, was never an All Pro
- Jones was never a SB hero
- Jones was as dumb as a box of rocks and an athlete not a football player. The exact opposite of Butler who is a better player than athlete

So yeah, exactly the same.

We can't. The Patriots forfeited it because of deflategate - it is gone. The only way we can get a 4th from them is if we get their original 4th back, which is much farther down in the round than ours was.

Because he's not getting paid what he wants and they went out signing Gilmore with the intent of trading him off to someone else. They gave Gilmore a contract he wanted while he's proven he can be great there in their system and they didn't kneel to his demands on a new contract since they could just tender him. You don't see how he might feel that's disrespectful? Not hard to see how that could be a potential problem in your locker room. Happens all the time where players are unhappy how the organization treats them.

He wants to be traded now so he can make money. It's called security. He could get hurt this year and be fricked in FA next year. That's why he wanted a contract now and I could see why he might feel a Gilmore signing is very disingenuous to him. That's risking a lot of guaranteed money for another year when he can get it right now in a trade rather taking a risk on a major injury this upcoming season. He'll be 28-years-old in FA next year too so might be his last big contract. Don't see how this is hard to see and can be used in negotiation leverage.

I had the yellow Cha-Ching Flyer that I took to Office max and had it laminated and taped it to the rear window of my car.

I'm about to go Cha-Ching into Checkers in a few minutes.
