I'm sure their fans are saying the same. Those 3 points would have made them feel good going into the locker room. Now they feel broken.

I understand the decision if you’re at the 1 yard line but where they were at it made no sense for them to go for it. None Zero.

That was one of the dumbest things I’ve ever seen…. Give up three points for maybe one shot at the end zone? Damn….

Especially based on time. Clock was at 10 seconds after play. If they make it only one shot at the end zone.

They get the first down and have 1 play to get in endzone quickly from 15 yard line would be very low percentage. Thus theyd kick the field goal anyways. Especially down 3 points. Very boneheaded call by Eagles. But hey… im here for it

With the clock and timeouts remaining, I have a hard time seeing the analytics saying to go for it.
Let's say they get the 1st down. They have to burn their last timeout and then they just have 1 throw to the endzone. It's very likely they end up having to kick a FG anyway. There really isn't that much upside in that situation. If they had more timeouts or about 30-40 more seconds then it'd be a little more understandable.
I'd be livid if I was an Eagles fan

Yeah. Drives me nuts when coaches (like Brian Kelly) us analytics as an excuse for obviously bad decisions.
Coaches get paid huge salaries to make the calls. If everything is fine by analytics, just put a computer and a data entry person on the sideline and have the AI spit out the play. Would save millions.
