Dart is awful. We don’t need to reach in the 1st round for a QB like him.

He's not awful, but he's not #9 good.

3rd-4th round. Maybe.

I truly TRULY don't get the love for this guy. I don't. He's okay. That's about it, but I know more than one person who say to draft him as the 9 pick. Completely delusional.

Dart is getting drafted so much higher than this board seems to think.

Uh, quite a few reasons to like Dart. He's improved every single stat over the last 4 years.

Comp %, Yards, TD %, Yards Per Attempt, Yards Per Game, QBR, etc. All up every single year.

His best WR from 24? Tre Harris who played in 8 games and still led the team in Receptions and yards. 2nd Best? Jordan Watkins, who more than likely won't make a NFL Roster.

Yall tripping if you think Dart doesnt get drafted 1st Round.

Yeah, I think he’s nearly a lock to go in the 1st at this point. If he doesn’t go top 10, some team is going to trade up to get him in the late teen, early 20s

Definitely not getting him in the 3-4 rounds that is funny. This QB class is meh anyway and Milroe running a 4.37 probably secured him a 1st round slot somewhere. At least dart can run and be somewhat accurate

He didn't look good against defenses that got a hit or two on him including our historically bad LSU teams recently. I say 2nd or 3rd. He hasn't done anything to stand out from the other 2nd and 3rd tier QB's.

Is he that much better than Matt Corall? People on here loved that guy too and he ended up in USFL or something. I just don’t get the hype.

He's not but this happens every year. If you had asked anyone would they be ok with the Saints drafting Dart after his Florida game & Ole Miss' 3rd loss, the overwhelming majority would have said hell no. But then here comes the mocks, the highlights of the best plays on rerun over & over again, the combine & pro days & draft analyst basically selling every draft eligible prospect as a future Hall of Famer. Wash, rinse, repeat yearly.

People get hypnotized by the hype & for those who actually watched a player play in college, they completely forget about all that player's flaws. We've got posters believing Jalen Milroe should be a first rounder simply because he ran a 4.37. Anyone who watched him play knows he struggled mightily reading coverages especially against any defense with a pulse. His accuracy is terrible. I'm not sure Milroe even knows where his passes are going to end up all the time once he releases it.

One could say the same about Cam Ward even while facing stiffer competition with each move.

go look at his Comp % from last year. His Comp % is trash against any team with a pulse on defense and % is sky high against weak competition.

Not only that but Ole Miss went at an extremely fast tempo under Kiffin. That puts a defense under a ton of stress both mentally & physically. Lots of tired defenders & blown coverages from communication issues & not being able to sub.

And whoever drafts him is going to regret it -- especially if he gets pulled in the 1st. He's unbelievably average where he shined in Kiffin's system because he's a magician offensively with guys like him.
