This is the first time I have ever written to the saints about the game day atmosphere.
The stairs are comical but whatever. The lines however were out of control. I waited pregame to get a Bloody Mary only to get told they don’t have vodka. So I went to get a beer and had to wait in line again because the card reader was taking forever.
It was a complete disaster yesterday in the terrace level.

i wonder if people realize the Dome needs to be torn down sooner than later
The lines are always bad. No matter what they do in renovations. The terrace concourse is a shite show. The furnishings in the bathrooms have to be 2-3 decades old.

That’s their problem not mine. They’ve pimped renovations for years & the dome is so big that they still haven’t even reached parts of its depth

Dome used to be easy and fast to get into until they started all the security bullshite that is pointless. What the people they hire lack in skill, they make up for in not giving a shite.

Line was long getting in but actually moved faster than normal yesterday.
I don’t mind waiting in line to get in.
I shouldn’t have to wait 15min to get a beer right before kickoff though.
I shouldn’t have to knock people over waiting in line for concessions in order to get to the restroom in the terrace.
I mean all the renos are cool but the terrace has basically been ignored

To make concourses go faster they should let you order on the saints app, and have a waiter/waitress bring the food and drinks to you.

I'll agree with all of this. My wife gave up on food because of the lines, and this was in the Club, which usually is better about the lines.

Maybe the shitty arse renovations are a ploy to get a new stadium, as it seems everything they did dramatically reduced fan enjoyment.

Definitely agree about the graphics. Too hard to find where they moved the time and D&D and the font and size is retarded.
Also agree on the new ada/standing room areas. They built them out well but missed the mark on utilization.
Didn't have interaction with the new stairwells so don't have input on that although I've seen a lot of negative posts about it.

I know in the club level this was a thing back in 2018 and 2019 but looked like they did away with it this year.

Halftime was unacceptable. There is not a men's room in the plaza on the Saints side between the end zone and the opposite 20-or-so yard line. It took forever to get there because the concession lines were out to the walkway, people stop and have frickING conversations in the walkway and one family decided to stop in the middle of the fricking walkway at halftime and take a family pic. I got to the bathroom and the line was 50 people long out the door.
Did I miss a bathroom somewhere? I passed about 5 women's rooms.

Complaints must be loud because they already sent a survey about the experience. End of season survey is normal but not after one game.
