If you had asked me before the year I would have been pretty confident that Drew would retire and go out on top if we won it all. Now I'm not so sure. He's playing some of the best ball of his career, he's not getting hit a lot, we are dominating, it appears as if he is having fun, and the core will still be around for at least another two years. I know Drew is a family guy and that was one of his reasons for wanting to retire soon but if we continue this domination and win it all I could see him coming back for a shot at back to back titles. I hope it's a decision he has to make

Drew will play through the 2022 season. Then he'll retire and run for president.

He's going to have a lot of this team around him for a few years.

I think he is here for 2 more seasons after this one.

He said that his kids love coming to practice.

I think he plays out his contract regardless if he wins one this year or not. One thing that Drew loves besides his family is making money hand over fist.

No? Why not play his contract out and win 2 more. If we keep this core together, we can make minny dynasty for 3-4 years

I doubt it. Not with the TD record so obtainable. It seems Brady pushes him a little. Brees does for him too. I could see Brees playing at least as long as Brady to keep the TD record to himself.

Why must this come up every week? He has been on record this season as saying he will not retire if he wins the super bowl.

I would want him to stay two more years but if his family say its time to go....he's a gonner.

Isn't he likely to be the first qb ever to throw for 80 k yards too in the next year or two? He's not retiring.

I've never understood the whole "spend more time with my family" thing. The season is at most half the year. You spend more time with family than the average engineer or accountant. And your kids are like 7.
