That is not why the saints gave him to philly.

He is definitely a full time starter. Cgj is a good player. The saints could use him.

Long as I don’t root for that team, idc if an athlete asks for 100M per season. Seems strange to be upset at a stranger asking for what they think they worth, if it doesn’t affect you. To each…

Guess it's the reality hitting him that he's not worth/valued as much as he thinks he is. Not sure why being given a dose of reality is disrespectful

Someone will sign him but he's always been a total headcase, he's just been able to channel it onto the field.

He's a total a-hole and I'm sure his attitude grinds on teammates and coaches after awhile

Who knows if this is even true.

If it is, it has nothing to do with why he isn't signed yet.

You're right, that's why I upvoted you before, dude is a really good player and I wish they could have kept him. He came into his own in his last season with the Saints as a primetime defender, but because Loomis is overextended with deals he just didn't have the money to keep him. But I actually enjoyed the guy's personality, guys like him and now this RB Jamaal Williams are very entertaining with what they say and do when other players are just routine, status quo and boring. It would have been a riot to see those 2 interact with each other.

He is a guy who impacts the game and defense in a huge way, however it doesn't show up on a stat sheet

Pretty sure it’s the opposite. His basic stats last year said he had a great year but he really didn’t. Bunch of picks but also got beat in coverage quite a few times, lot of his INTs were off tipped passes, and he missed too many tackles.

He’s certainly not a bad player and can be impactful but he’s also not as good a one as his numbers indicated and teams know it

Most people here don’t think CGJ sucks. His play is just not the worth price he’s asking for

I do think Williams got too much hate over here because of the missed tackle
