Do you feel Derek Carr is enticing enough for Payton to come out of retirement?

Asking for me.
The McDaniels experiment is a disaster, I can see him being one and done, and it's a potential top 5 pick currently.
I'd say Carr has shown flashes and could potentially be a pretty good quarterback under a competent offensive mind.
Probably the team with the best quarterback situation at the top of the draft going in.
However, after this last weekend, Jerry will come at him hard.

No one wants to work for the Raiders. Franchise and ownership are a disaster. It's a no from Payton imo.

This. As Saints fans, we need to be routing against the Chargers and hope they miss the playoffs and have a late season collapse. This will entice them to look into trading for Payton.
Regarding the Raiders, as others pointed out, he's already been advised by Parcells to stay away from them. Otherwise, I think an offense with Carr, Waller, Adams, Renfrow, and Jacobs could be very intriguing to him
