He knows the system and was your backup at guard.
I'm sure they will bring another vet in even with Wright on the roster.
Boughton did run him over and he immediately popped his knee.
I still don't understand why they didn't re-sign fortner. They had the money.
I'd be extremely surprised if they brought in a guy like Zeitler. He is probably waiting on a starting job and his guaranteed money would probably be in the 6 mil range.

I didn't see good play from him coaches obviously did. I thought Fortner played much better and would be the one they kept.

Ruiz and Edwards were going to be the starters anyway, so just need a solid backup to emerge, hopefully the rookie

At this point we should give (2) of these guys a call like yesterday, get them practicing ASAP so they can get reps in preseason game this week. With Radunz out for the year and Wright currently banged, plus videos of Ruiz getting bullied, now is the time to be aggressive.

I don't think people realize how big of a loss radunz is.
Supposedly he was pushing ruiz for the starter job.
On top of that he can play multiple positions. Just watching some of the practice footage he looked like he was moving better.
