He gave Ditka 3 seasons

Ditka had won a Super Bowl. Allen is sub .300 and just had the best coaching job of his career.

He also would have pulled Winston when he saw how much the broken back was affecting him

Allen is now 13-38 as an NFL head coach. If he doesn't improve significantly in 2023

This organization is allowing a head coach with a 25% winning percentage to continue coaching another year expecting that somehow, a team he leads will be anything other than a losing team.

People on here who think Payton would’ve done better given the injuries and his boy Winston starting the season are delusional

If you can’t tell the difference between a Payton coached team and this season, don’t know what to tell you. You don’t know football. The injuries weren’t that bad this year, and when the team was healthy, he was still stinking it up at the beginning of the year.

That means no QB this year in draft.

Allen cost us at minimum 2 possibly 3 games. That’s a huge difference. Payton had balls and would try to put a game away. Allen is a huge vagine

Crazy that we play fast and loose like a drunken sailor in Thailand with our draft picks during the draft but become the most conservative team on the field.
