Loomis knew it.
But he and Benson are just in it for the money.

A lazy hire.
Never thought LSU's hiring of O could be any lazier, but the Saints with Allen topped it.

If I had an 11-35 record, I would wear a paper bag over my head in public.

The dude needs to be honest with himself and admit that he’s in over his head and resign.

even before we started losing a handful of key players, the penalties and turnovers were happening.
and not taking the ball way enough on defense.
I haven't felt this bad watching the Saints since 1999.
I don't count 2005 out of principle.

What does this even mean? That they cheaped out on a hire? Because whatever you want to say about them Cheap aint it.
You arent over the cap on a yearly basis if you are interested in doing the bare minimum

Some coaches are just not meant to be head coaches. DA is one of those- he is simply not head coaching material. He did a fine job as a defensive coordinator, but you are what your record is…for DA it’s 11-35.

So he is dead on for his career average.

Wow which 11 did he win
2012: Steelers, Jags, Chiefs (x2)
2013: Jags, Chargers, Steelers, Texans
2014: No wins
2022: Falcons, Seahawks, Raiders
He's also only won back-to-back games ONCE in his entire career, and that was his first year back in 2012 when he beat the Jags and Chiefs. He then proceeded to lose the next six in a row.

Another impressive Allen stat:
In his 46 games as head coach, his teams have scored more than 30 points only five times. His teams scored less than 14 points eleven times. So in nearly a quarter of his games as HC, his team's haven't been able to muster 14 points.

Fun stat: Both teams that Allen has coached have absolutely quit on him.
It is amazing that he is on pace for the same record he had with the Raiders, when they were an absolute dumpster fire devoid of talent. He is soooo bad that he turned a playoff team into the Raiders in less than one season.

Funny that you say that, because I posted this in the game thread about this team

Why does Josh McDaniel constantly get the benefit of the doubt? The Raiders are AWFUL and he’s not considered a “L”?
