I’m getting concerned that he won’t hit 4 wins this season and equal one of his years with the Raiders.

I’ve followed them since 1967, this deja vu.

In his four seasons as head coach, Allen has 11 wins. The following coaches were hired last year and have already met or exceeded the 11 win mark:

Brandon Staley
Nick Sirianni
Arthur Smith

Robert Saleh is sitting at 10 wins, so he could meet Allen's career win mark this weekend.

Of the new coaches hired in 2022, the following have a shot of reaching 11 wins in just their first season:

Brian Daboll
Mike McDaniel
Kevin O'Connell

Cannot stress enough: DA - shite coach

On the positive side, 3-7 this year has improved his career win percentage.

Told all of you Harbaugh should have been the hire in the off-season.

3 nfc championship games, one super bowl birth in 4 years is pretty good.

Instead we got a coach that won’t have a winning record in 4 years…..
