Atlanta is clearly a better team than New Orleans right now, and proceeded to rave about reports stating that Julio Jones is looking phenomenal in practice and that he will have a huge impact right off the bat.

Did he say they had a better draft then us to? Good God, I'm glad our local radio station changed formats and I don't have to listen to this turd anymore.

We should have a top 5 offense, defense, and special teams. If we aren't considered the division favorites and right there with GB something is wrong.

Atlanta won the divison last year so that makes them better or at least that's what some people think.

He admitted he would be a minority with his Dallas pick. Said GB isn't likely to repeat but put them at number 1 as respect.

Also said 2-6 is a coin flip.

I can say with almost certainty we are better than these teams. Only the season will tell how we match up with the Pats, Iggles, and Packers but I think we're in the top few of the league no doubt.

First, he equates Akiem Hicks never setting one toenail on the Tiger Stadium turf, leaving school and TJ McCarthy resigning.....EQUALLY: to Bush playing THREE YEARS while being ineligible and his family living in a paid for home and Carroll never saying a syllable about it.

Secondly, in the not too distant past, he made the remark that he doesn't know how anyone would want to live in Louisiana, he sure wouldn't.

Thirdly, he picks Atlanta as """"CLEARLY"""" better than the Saints ?????????????

I think he is an unborn mucas membrane regurgitated possum afterbirth spineless, gutless, baboon vagina-licking crotchless llama anal region aborted camel intestinal endoplasmic reticulum.

I think at worst, I'd have to put us 4th on that list, and even then we are compeltely capable of beting Green Bay, New England and Philly.

Oh NOEZ! Someone didn't get all wet over the Saints? They must be retarded and don't know about sports!!!

Saints are good. Falcons are good. Period.

To make comments like the below are retarded:

I mean, we split the series last year, and if Hartley doesn't miss a chip shot my grandma could make, we sweep em.

Yep. And if we don't fumble at the 1 - we dominate you. Shoulda woulda coulda scenario's are for losers.

Everyone of you doggin' on the Falcons just proves one thing to me. You're a bit nervous deep down...

To be honest, with all the moves Philly made and GB coming back healthy and resigning most players, my NFC would be:

1) GB
2) Philly
3A) Falcons
3B) Saints

All 4 of those teams could win the NFC this season. Just depends on who plays a better game that day.

And he was high on Atlanta all damn year...and then what happened?

Yeah- they got their arse kicked in the playoffs by the best team. Still, if we are strictly talking about the NFC South, why would a 3rd party be surprised at what Cowturd said? I think most the general populous would pick ATL to win the South again.

It's not like he's talking crazy- ATL is a good team.

I think we will win the division, but I can kind of understand his line of thought.

gonna sound like a homer, but if anything Saints 3 and Falcons 4. Atlanta is overrated and over-hyped.

It is not just Cowherd..most of the pundits are putting Atlanta way up there. I realize they are good, but if you look at last season..they got every break. The had almost no injuries. They beat the Saints with the missed chip shot field goal. They won 3-4 games in the last minute when penalties and a little luck went their way. They could have just as easily been 9-7 and missed the playoffs. They are good, but in the NFL, getting the breaks again is not a sure thing.

He didn't compare drafts. He really only made note of how well Jones is apparently coming along.

Funny thing is, he bashed Aaron rodgers and the packers for the longest time b/c rodgers couldn't win a playoff game, yet somehow Matt Ryan and the falcons are a top team in the nfl even though Ryan has yet to even be effective in the playoffs.
