Legends, headquartered in New York City, is owned by a private equity group and counts Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones and the New York Yankees organization as minority stakeholders. The stadium completed its takeover of ASM Global last year, creating one of the world's largest venue and hospitality groups. ASM and a local predecessor company have run the Superdome for the state of Louisiana since 1977.

"The pizza was like Play-Doh and the wings were burned to the bone," said an attendee who was in a suite for the Jaguars game. He didn't want to be quoted by name as he was a guest of a company leasing the suite and wasn't authorized to speak. Some ordinary ticketholders also faced long lines at the nearly 100 fixed and mobile concession stands around the stadium, and complained of poor quality wings, nachos and the near absence of 'local' food options, according to the organizer of one of the Saints' fan clubs, who didn't have authorization to be quoted by name.

Enjoy the food and Game Sunday!

I’ve had season tickets for 20 yrs and I’ve never once eaten at the Dome. Was the food any good before?

The Dome foam was good back in the day. I don't know if Jerry's booze will impress. Might as well drink it Sunday. Better than nothing.

Why? The decade plus I had tickets all I ever got was a water once. That it's all very overpriced is enough for me to be able to hold off for 3-4 hours.

Even the suite food was disappointing. There really isn’t much worse they could do.

I know for sure that last year the pizza was a doughy undercooked mess.

Every football stadium in this state should have hot dogs, hamburgers, a good jambalaya, catfish po-boy & basket and crawfish nachos. All easy and cheap to prepare for large crowds.

It's mind blowing how this state has such shitty food in their professional and collegiate facilities.

No way I believe this. You can afford
Season tickets, but can’t spend $50 at the concession stand.

1 water in 10+ years?!? GTFOH

They should open a Canes. I this board hates Canes but it’s perfect on game day

This shouldn't be a problem for us with a half full stadium.

Especially considering this State prides itself on being known for its food; yet continues to use out-of-state vendors or vendors that insist on using Sysco's bland frozen microwaveable foods.

Sounds like they don't sell them anymore, but when I use to go to the game, they at least had the Domino's personal pizzas. Overpriced and not the greatest; but it was at least consistent and did not have that Play-Doh feel

No it's not. The companies goal is make as much money as possible, they do not care about the product. The consumer is captive and has buy it. The Saints do not care because they make their money selling the contract.

I could eat better and cheaper food before the Saints game and afterwards. There was no other comparable Saints game experience though. Once they cut my section in half and the team started to suck paying for the tickets wasn't worth it either.
