The players don’t respect Allen, nor should they. He should be sitting at the bar at Crazy Johnnys. He would fit right in.

The issue is that they line up in victory formation.The defense is expecting that the offense will just take a knee so they are taking it easy.The defense has conceded and then you tee off.
It's bad form. Also you cannot have your back up QB changing the coach's call, sets a bad precedent.
But, I'm torn, this is the Falcons we are talking about. I'm old enough to not only remember Big Ben, but was present for it.

He’s just not a leader of men. I could tell this by his interviews years ago. It’s why he will likely never have success as a head coach.

Um correction, you don't do Allen's job. You hired him for a reason. If he can't control and demand respect then he is the common denominator NOT the players.

I don't have a problem with them going for it, my issue is if you are going to go for it, don't line up in a victory formation before the snap. That's an accepted and respected courtesy on all levels of the sport.
