Just said on the radio it would flip the game to favor the Saints when playing teams like the 49ers and Cowboys.
He said the Saints need a better deep threat.
I agree we need a deep threat however I think Smith is a better deep threat than Gordon at this time.

Didn’t we just beat the Cowboys? I’m not saying don’t get Gordon, I’m saying how would he flip it to favor us against Dallas when we beat them without him and drew.

It’s a very low risk deal all around if he somehow fell to us. Absolutely worth kicking tires on.

Dallas is good again. They are really good against teams with losing records...except for the Jets. Jets are a tough out.

Gordon was cut after the trade deadline. He is subject to waivers. Seasons accrued after that deadline do not matter.
