64 yards after the catch, 3 yards behind Justin Jefferson

Victory hill probably bleeding out from cutting his wrists

Wait, some people on here don’t like Olave? Insanity.

Upvote for saying who was #1...

I think it was a lot of people not liking what they gave up to get him. They wanted a QB this year.

It was Olave’s first really good game. 1st game he’s actually been worth the price. Now we just need him to do that for 17 games a year for a decade straight in both regular season and playoff games.
He got hate on here last year bc there were 3-4 games where his drops or fumbles directly led to a loss. And as the player that we allocated the most assets to get on the entire roster, he bears a massive responsibility and deserves both credit and blame. Too many on here were acting like he was infallible and completely blameless last season.
All that being said, he looked legitimately awesome in week 1 and I hope that is the new norm for him.

What a horrible take

Objectively, this just isn’t true. He had three games last year over 100 yard receiving and four games with 6 or more receptions.
I’m not sure what your definition of a “really good” game is, but by most standards, Olave had his first really good game in Week Three last year vs. Carolina with 9 catches for 147 yards.

Honestly I think our offense just looks...cockamamie. Just a collection of mid players and Alvin Kamara.
Lol. He's looking super smart after week one

Olave is a stud. Anyone who thinks otherwise is an absolute idiot. If all of our weapons stay healthy, Carr is going to have a field day.

Olave is a Marvin Harrison clone, complete with the avoiding contact. Not every receiver needs to look like Megatron to be great. His route running is elite and his breaks are so damn smooth.

I think that’s why he’s overlooked. He’s so smooth it looks effortless.

Was some epic draft and post draft threads about how many other receivers were better and another blown pick. Pepperidge Farms remembers.

Yeah, it seems some silly people want aQB every year

I loved seeing the saints line Olave in the backfield and run the Sproles/Kamara inside slant route. They hit at least two catch and runs to Olave from the formation. Such a hard play to defend when run by the right player.
That said, the saints gave up a ton for Olave. The eagles have Jalen Carter and another second round pick to come on their roster from the trade. I think most criticism of the move has been about the relevant value of WRs and the price paid to get Olave (and Penning). Olave and Penning really need to pan out for that move to be the right one. Olave at least is holding up his end of the bargain

Best thing is we have olavr and olave jr(shaheed)
Do people realize how good Shaheed's hands are?
He is so smooth in catching everything then transitiong
