LOL

What, you're just another jealous guy who couldn't get admitted to Jesuit? And don't tell me your parents couldn't afford to pay the tuition. Jesuit has never turned down any kid who had the grades and truly wanted to attend.

No bias in your absurd statement.

JHS '64 and still proud to be a Blue Jay.

That “trashy” LSU fan base is rooting for the saints on Sunday... so i guess that makes both trashy?

It's pretty fishy when a defensive player goes after the most explosive offensive player's head on the opposing team on the first drive

Always great to see the Tigers having success in the league. Forever LSU!!

Go to the Rant with this shite. I don't give a frick about LSU players in the league, and when we play against them they are the enemy, especially when they are on the Falcons. Robert Alford is the only SLU player in the League right now, and I loved watching him get abused last night, despite how much I love SLU and am glad that he is having a very good career.

Take a huge shot to your ear hole and let me know how you bounce back from that.

I'm just saying that it didn't "look like" one of the huge vicious hits you normally see where you know right away, oh thats a concussion. And I've been on the receiving end of the ear hole hit...not fun. But didn't come out. Granted, nobody ever even mentioned the word concussion back then.

I took plenty of those hits in high school. Granted, not from debo, but that style of hit was all over lacrosse. Got a big one from a hugr Johns Hopkins commit at a tourney in San Diego that left me a little woozy and a massive headache.

I'd guess around 90%....yeah, that's pretty close....90% of LSU fans are also the same Saints fans so.....

You my baw but I laughed at this.

The amount of force you were hit with isn't in the same stratosphere.

The point is this. If you have to resort to this brand of football is it worth it to win? I say no, emphatically! He targets, follows with the arm then tries to catch Kamara as he is going to the ground. Jones knew exactly what he did!

So in 2 weeks we need to pay him back.

Which is why I said granted not from debo.

I'm talking about the helmet in the ear hole hit. The style, not the force. I've gotten plenty of those hits and you get the ear ringing shite. I can only imagine the same style hit delivered by a guy like debo would 100% result in concussion.

I'm agreeing with you

This is exactly what I was talking about last week.

That's a problem of shitty fundementals. I don't think it was an intentional dirty hit. I think it was a symptom of a systemic problem in the NFL right now.

You don't lower your head in that situation. That's tackling 101. Lowering your head is a terrible risk for both you and the guy you're tackling. You should always be able to see where you're going. That's high school level shite.

It wasn't a cheap shot. It's part of the unfortunate things that happen in the game. Jones went for a fundamental tackle and kamara ducked down a little. These hits are flagged sometimes and shouldn't be. Football is a fast paced game and hard to adjust when you are in the motion of a tackle.

Looking at it again, it almost literally mirrors the PT23 hit in the "game we won't talk about."

If you don't believe me watch for yourself

Kamara helmet to helmet

PT23 helmet to helmet

Debo's hit on Kamara was clean. He kept his head up and didn't lead with his crown. If that's not a good football hit, they may as well get rid of the helmet and pads. Sucks that we lost a difference maker, but it is what it is.

Yeah helmet to helmet itself isn't the penalty. It leading with the crown of the helmet that's the penalty.
