He's basically saying he doesn't want to be here this is a perfect opportunity for them to just move on.

Great I didn’t want to see him play another snap anyway. He seems like a little bitch that not many like. This almost ensures we take a QB in the first 3 rounds. I say trade back if you can, take Jaxon Dart and fill the holes in the roster with the extra picks you got for trading back. If you don’t take a QB with the first pick we have then let Rattler and a vet on a minimum deal battle to be the starter and with any luck we will suck enough to get the 1st pick next year and our choice of QBs.

Yeah the Saints need to go like 2-15 next year and rip off the bandaid. Carr would probably get us to 7-10 or whatever and we still couldn't draft a QB.

He is looking to get cut. Don’t do him the favor. Rot him on the bench the rest of his contract.

Is Michael Thomas acting as one of Carr’s advisers?

Sounds like he’s pissy about not being traded

Tank baby tank

He's such a bitch.

And mickey loomis puts the saints in the position every year where they are backed into a corner. Otherwise they would've cut him but they couldn't without adjusting almost every contract on the roster.

How can people defend Mackey loomis?

I’ve been as big of a defender of Carr on this board as anyone. (By defender, saying he is a middle of the road NFL QB) But this is pretty indefensible. Only thing I hate is that it ruins any trade value he had. And it forces us to take Sanders at 9 when we had bigger needs and there are better players at 9.

Damn, I wanted Jalon Walker!

Did loomis restructure make it easier to trade

He probably coukd have played at the end of the year, but no reason since we were in tank mode.

So when did this injury occur is the question ? No reports of this last year. Maybe this is why he was not seen during the superbowl.

This is no excuse to take Sanders. That just makes the problem worse.

Draft another o lineman early, tank and get a qb next year.

This should be the plan. We could draft Arch and put him behind a pretty good O line his rookie year
