Can we stop with the ‘Some fans will be cheering for Burrow’ argument?

Literally no one is cheering for Burrow or Jamarr. No one has claimed that that’s what they are even doing. It’s literally a fabricated argument. No one gives a frick. This talking point is so exhausting 1 day into the week. No normal Saints / LSU fans are doing this.

bullshite, read the board plenty have said they are. I know some IRL Saints fans who would rather Burrow throw for 500 yards and Chase to get 250 yards than the Saints win.

You can cheer for players of other teams sometimes. Especially if they are homeboys from the best collegiate football team of all time. (and the arguments against are pretty thin).

100%. Sundays are for the Saints, I cheer for Notre Dame on Saturdays.

I know several people that are doing this. Even go so far as to watch the bengals over the saints when they are playing at the same time. shite is weird as hell if you ask me

I think there will be people in LSU gear cheering for Burrow.
I think there will be many in Bengals gear as well, and I believe there are lots of saints fans who would like to see the Saints win, but will still hope Burrow does well.
Bottom line, there will be cheering for Burrow, do doubt.

Can Burrow and Chase both play well....and still lose? 
That would be a win-win in my book. I'm more of a college fan the pro. However, I always pull for the Saints and will do so against Cincy. Doesn't mean I want Burrow and Chase to play like shyt. Are people wrong for liking the Saints and LSU players in the NFL?

I’m 47. Lots of great memories surrounding the Saints. Not necessarily them winning, lord knows there wasn’t a whole lot of that, but any Sunday event during the fall involved the game being on.
Having said that, drew brees kneeling for a common criminal was the ultimate spit in the face for me as a saints fan. Worse than the bum days, the Ditka debacle, and the billy joes. I will be rooting for Joey B come Sunday.

There are going to be a lot of Burrow/Chase jerseys in the dome
Hell when I went see Tool earlier this year at the SKC I saw more Burrow/Chase Bengals jerseys than I did Saints jerseys. I think you're underestimating it my friend.
