when we already know Hayes lied to his attorney about the 911 call.
ehh, we'll know for sure if he attempted to call 911 when we see Hayes phone records

She would have had to have been between the two before being shot twice herself
thats possible, or she could have been on the side of smith facing hayes, or even behind smith but the bullets just so happned to hit her some way.

then crawl with a shattered femur to the passenger side.
are we sure that she crawled to the passenger side? take a look at this picture
notice the hummer in the background and the paramedics working on her on the ground.
also see this picture where they are wheeling her out and notice the impala. I doubt that they would wheel her across just to get on that sidewalk if she were actually on the passenger side.

In the cell phone video at the scene, you can hear her screaming from what it sounds like she laying on the passenger side of the vehicle. Also, remember that she is on a stretcher & was probably moved so that the paramedics could tend to her without disturbing any of the physical evidence.

No not really.
No 911 call at dispatch = no 911 call
What is more plausible? A Failed attempt at a 911 call or a man facing murder 2 lying to authorities? What do you think happened? 911 was on a lunch break and didn't answer? Lol
you are consistently rejecting reason and logic when it comes to Hayes. Are you related to him IRL?

Arseninclass, a respected food and drink board legend, and supporter of frying Hayes,
Noted yesterday that he tried calling 911 a week ago and never got through in 20 minutes
Hayes cell phone records will be able to prove he is a liar or not

I disagree. the first picture I posted shows them tending to her off of the stretcher. no way they move her to the opposite side of the road to tend to her which is actually closer to where any evidence is. They certainly would not carry her there and they also would not put her on a stretcher and then take her off. I also dont see them wheeling her across the scene to jump on the sidewalk across the street. Id bet anything that she was shot on the driver side of the vehicle and crawled toward the sidewalk on the drivers side of the vehicle.

I missed the part of Fuller's press conference where he said Hayes adored Smith and didn't know it was him. You had a face to face argument with him and didn't know it was him and you adored him?? He hasn't changed much since his playing days. Odd.
both Lawyers are slinging as much shite as possible right now. Like I said before, this sounds like an episode of dateline.
Humvee's are scary, and Hayes adored Smith are my 2 favs from each lawyer.

Does it really seem that unlikely to you that he dialed 911 and cancelled it. He only had a like a block of time to dial the call, so maybe he dialed it and hung up before it picked up, like when he rammed into the back of another vehicle. Doesn't seem unreasonably far fetched to me.
Again, this is a dumb argument bc we will know for sure; it's not going to take some ambiguous detective work to look at hayes call log. Wasn't the source of the "he didn't call 911" nola.com calling and requesting records? I'll wait for a better source before locking this part of the case away.

I witnessed a pretty bad accident on Claiborne about five months ago. No one would answer. After about ten tries I started calling Nonemergency . They had options for English and Spanish. I said frick it. They called back about twenty minutes later.
Cell phone records will put this to rest either way

One ring to 911 will show up in call log

What does it even mean if he did or didn't dial 911. It's still possible he dialed 911 and then was the aggressor. Doesn't seem like a huge factor to me.

Or maybe she was moved by PT & the passengers of the Impala before paramedics arrived so she wasn't near her husband's dead body hence her being in front near the Impala. PT had blood on his right hand/wrist in the picture of him looking distraught at the scene.

It is simple. His cell phone records will show he called or he didn't call

the same way you have done it in the other direction?
only problem is, my logic and reasoning(mostly based on Mr Fullers words and unbiased eyewitness/media) at the time all proved to be true once the facts came out.

Just putting holes in Fullers story about him not being the aggressor.

I would say that is extremely unlikely.

Was Ceravola on the scene prior to cops showing up? Was he in the Impala or in the back of the Benz?

I'm pretty sure he claims he was never at the scene until afterwards perhaps right? He stated something to that effect on sunday I believe.

You don't ever actually see her so you have to judge based on the direction of the voice from a recording that has not depth being played through speakers that have no depth. It seems to me like the voice is coming from the cameras left along sidewalk, where the picture shows the paramedics..... but it's pretty up in the air based on that recording solely, I have no clue.
