Noted yesterday that he tried calling 911 a week ago and never got through in 20 minutes
About a year ago I called when I thought I heard gunshots in my neighborhood. It rang for 5 minutes and I just hung up.

Fuller acknowledged Wednesday that a review of one of Hayes' cell phones does not show evidence 911 was dialed.

Gamble said all 911 calls are included in the department's log. He said even if the call is not answered from an operator, as long as the connection is made, the call is logged.
Well then he was wrong.. definitely hurts the validity of his other unsubstantiated claims as of now.

So Hayes and Fuller lied about calling 911 right?
Ouch.
Ouch.

Well the article reads that he never attempted a call.

Seems clear now the 911 call wasn't made

The only possibility is he dialed and then hung up instantly, will that show up in your dialed calls but not technically "connected"? I don't know, I feel pretty comfortable saying he didn't dial 911 after this information.

Bunch, since you are here, what is the reputation of Attorney Mordock?

Hayes cell phone records will be able to prove he is a liar or no
Getting through doesn't equal not having a log. Emergency calls should be recorded and logged before getting through. Fun fact

They are. My daughter once dialed 911, and I hung up the phone before they could answer- 911 operator called me back to make sure that there was no emergency. Your phone number is logged even if you never speak to anyone.

Does it really seem that unlikely to you that he dialed 911 and cancelled it. He only had a like a block of time to dial the call, so maybe he dialed it and hung up before it picked up, like when he rammed into the back of another vehicle. Doesn't seem unreasonably far fetched to me.
Again, this is a dumb argument bc we will know for sure; it's not going to take some ambiguous detective work to look at hayes call log. Wasn't the source of the "he didn't call 911" nola.com calling and requesting records? I'll wait for a better source before locking this part of the case away.
That's all well and good, but if you didn't call 911, or you almost called 911, don't tell your attorney that you called 911 twice.

Expressions of regret, remorse, condolences are not stupid. They are signs of a conscience. Grow up.

I haven't read the last 15 pages or so, so this could have been mentioned.
I talked to my friend again. He said that Raquel was going for the gun to give to Will and that is why he shot her two times, one in each leg.
I'm just a messenger here, I wasn't there and don't know what happened. Just trying to give info that I "heard" to ST.

Don't know him. I'm not that tuned into the Criminal Defense Lawyer scene outside my own bubble.
