If the wife was indeed shot first then this is meaningless as Smith had every right to go for his gun to protect he & his wife.

if the guy intentionally shot the wife obviously. but what if will was going to grab the gun and the wife was trying to stop him and was collateral damage?

the fact of the matter is that we arent sure what happened, but you cant rule out self defense just because will got shot in the back... especially since he is slumped in his vehicle and at least 1 witness said he was the initial person to bring up having a gun.

First of all, congrats on being the first one with enough balls to attempt to answer, but I dont think your answers are sufficient.

Congrats on being too stupid to find the original answers.

If anything, that looked like something that came off the Hummer. If only it was more clear.

I'll take it!!!

this isnt your typical roadway road rage when someone cuts someone off. Hayes has no reason to be angry if Smith almost hit him.
Are you insinuating that road rage has never ever occurred in a situation where someone was almost hit? Pretty sure anyone can find an example on YouTube in about 2 seconds to refute this assertion of yours.

I'd even venture to guess the majority of road rage incidents involve situations where there is actually no accident, or a pretty high % of em, if not over half.

Fair enough. I said, I think in this thread, on the video I saw it was inconclusive. I've only seen one, so there certainly could and probably is another as you mentioned. I'm just not sure how that changes what happened next. Hayes could road rage either way, whether there was contact or not.

I like how the word "confirmed" has been used several times in this thread concerning eye witnesses

People hear, read and sometimes see what they wish to.

Yea, not to poke the LE bear...but I will lol.

There was a post he made early in the thread saying "we know" a couple of times then following that with "from eyewitnesses"...nah, we don't know, we just know what one certain eyewitness said. I'm almost certain we'll see eyewitnesses popup saying the opposite on lots of these items.

is it possible Smith brought up having a gun after seeing one or both of the guns in the shooters car being handled or shown?

I don't agree with that at all.

The DA can present whatever case they want.

it is. but would in that scenario would you announce(according to the witness) something about your gun and then possibly make an attempt to grab it out of the vehicle. I know I wouldnt.

Lnch, can you put the hit and run to rest now?
quote:

Per Advocate Twitter After eating at Sake with large group of people, Will and Racquel Smith were driving a couple they were friends with to their car. Thomson: Will is not inebriated to the point where he could not drive, nor physically emotionally affected night of incident. Thomson: The Smiths ran into the back of a car that suddenly stopped in front of them and pulled over. Saw no damage, so cont'd, puzzled.

You changed this story again. Can you confirm which version is the one you'd like to stick with?
