Shared responsibility for he and his wife being gunned down in the street over a bump and run? I don't think so, unless you think you would bear some responsibility for taking a few slugs for bumping into someone in a bar without saying excuse me. People who don't have any mature perspective about avoiding conflicts and the use and level of force is what i mean when I say half cocked. Too many people relish violent confrontations for the country not to seriously debate some tighter restraints on guns and the repeal of all stand your ground defenses..

Wrong. Keep trying though.
wrong how? and what exactly does this have to do with anything we are discussing here?
the guy hid a witness from the police and tried to fake a call to the witness acting like she was in the house at the time. besides that, he followed a guy down the street and his story didnt match the bullet holes. not to mention the guy didnt have a weapon and there was no evidence outside of the shooter's testimony that the guy did anything to threaten him.

1)why, on Magazine street, in front of Juans Flying Burrito, do you think Hayes pulled off to the side of the road as if he was involved in a fender bender?
quote:If he didn't actually make contact, why would he stick around? FWIW, I don't know if he did or not, but the video/angle I saw, it's inconclusive, and the board seems to be 50/50 on it, which basically says yea, we don't really know.
2)why, after this, did Will Smith pull around the Hummer and speed off, running a red light in haste?
quote:Road rage?
3)why, in your estimation, did Hayes follow Smith, and not only follow him, but ram the back of Smith's Mercedes with the front of his Humer?

This will certainly increase his profile.
He's super rich now. That's the deal.

My speculation is that smith peeled off after the initial hit, then Hayes sped off after him down Sophie Wright. With both cars traveling at a high rate of speed, Smith probably brakes hard to not crash into the impala. Hayes is following too closely and slams on his brakes as well, but it's too late and he makes impact with the Mercedes.
I agree 100% Its really sad the outcome regardless. But on here it was immediately "Hayes rammed Smith"

they will determine that if there are skid marks following the hummer.

So having your back turned now isn't a position of retreat or an instance that removes the imminent factor out of the equation?
Its not if you are trying to retrieve a gun

Yep I do, with factory mag and standard factory loads. I made a comment about extended mags. Still would like to know make and model of .45 cal weapon used.

That's exactly what I thought too but Will Smith played for the Saints. That cant be true.

if you are reaching to grab a weapon and turn your back it certainly doesnt. if will had taken off walking down the street and the guy shot him in the back, I 100% agree. if someone threatens with a gun and reaches in their car in a confrontation, the lines are much more blurred. anyone with sense or not being purposely obtuse can see that.

What you seem to fail to grasp is that is just as much speculation as anything anyone else has said. But since you agree with it, you act like it's somehow better speculation.

By becoming more popular that clients will hire him? How else would he become super rich? I'm curious.

Twitter has photos on only one set of skid marks, which are from the hummer. No word (that I've seen) on if there were other skid marks at the scene.

If the wife was indeed shot first then this is meaningless as Smith had every right to go for his gun to protect he & his wife.

First of all, congrats on being the first one with enough balls to attempt to answer, but I dont think your answers are sufficient.
mad about either a fender bender, yes. Of course he was mad that his car got hit and the guy ran.
this isnt your typical roadway road rage when someone cuts someone off. Hayes has no reason to be angry if Smith almost hit him.

actually new video confirms that a piece of the front end of the Mercedes falls off after making contact. It's not 50/50 anymore, Its just LNCBOX that thinks it still didnt hit.

still not really known at this point.

no matter which side you're defending, its all speculation.
