I try to be as rational as possible. I find the White Knighting for Hayes on here to be quite bizarre, so I'm arguing about it a bit, but all I care about is evidence.
There is nothing on that video that clearly shows any sort of impact.

From everything I've read, that's not enough to justify Hayes's act. Take that for what it's worth obviously.

It's not a collision that caused any damage, and it was very minor, but it's hard for me to look at that and say they didn't make contact. I just think it was very, very small contact.
In the video boom just posted you get a good look at the front of the vehicle and there is no noticeable damage to the front of Wills vehicle. There's an obvious dent in the front of the Hummer

If the skidmarks at the crime scene are from the H2 that leads to believe that Smith stopped suddenly and Hayes rammed him from behind. If you look at the video when they are turning onto Wright from Magazine after the first impact Hayes is right up on the back of Smith so if Hayes was trying to run into the back of him there wouldnt be the markings on the road.

Like I said, people are simply inferring. A clear image of actual contact simply isn't there.
I'm not saying he did or didn't him. I'm just saying there is no clear evidence, and everyone else is simply seeing what they think happened because its "close enough".

The fact is, the 20-30 seconds before the shooting is all that actually matters. There is a chance that Hayes was threatened first, and not the original aggressor. Therefore having a chance at self defense. None of us have a clue
If Hayes was the initial aggressor, he deserves to rot in prison.
