have you seen this video bunchie? I don't know how anyone could possibly say there's on impact. 1:25-1:30 into the video
I've watched it many times.
As I have said, many times, there is no affirmative, verifiable impact on video.
Anything else is simply the viewers inference.

he very well could have been an untrained shooter. Shooting & aiming a handgun untrained is pretty difficult. The first initial shots are almost always off. Usually high, but if he was quickly drawing his weapon it could have went all over until he adjusted
yeah I know
I was just trying to point out that there is a million ways to argue this story.

You still haven't shown where the hit 100% happened. You were blasting people left and right for speculating yesterday, but today you get to do it?
there's a video of it. I dont have to speculate. Everything about the video, from the Mercedes hitting the back of the hummer, to the Hummer pulling over, to Smith speeding off and running a red light confirms 100% that both cars made contact

Those three questions that I provided answers for? Are those the questions you're talking about?
you didnt answer. If you did, you didnt respond to my post.

Can you see how that would be pretty bad for Hayes, regardless of hit and runs, what was said, etc etc?
i still all depends on Smith & his gun. We already knew Smith was hit in the back
ETA: but of course, it could spell doom for Hayes. If he just shot Will unprovoked like Smith's attorney said. The pieces dont really fit that though.

I dunno how anyone could say it didn't hit. I mean, it barely hit, but it hit.

That is 100% clear? Not that I've seen.

It's going to come down to whether or not Will was reaching for a gun or had a gun already in his hand. I don't believe either has been said.

Wouldn't it be more biased to see something that isn't 100% clear in the video?
Posted on 4/13/16 at 1:12 pm to Fun Bunch
You sure? this is a new angle that just came out today.

How would he have a gun in his hand if no visible weapons were found at the scene?

quote:No. It is 100% clear. The way your dumbass is talking, no video can ever be trusted. If there is a video of Hayes pulling the trigger of the gun, can we 100% trust it? What if it is someone with great makeup was impersonating him? Or what if a bumble bee landed on the trigger causing the gun to go off?

The video shows Smith hitting Hayes
Move on

Yea the hummer was decelerating and then at impact it surged forward a bit. Pretty clearly IMO.
I'll add that I don't think this collision is as meaningful to Hayes defense as the second collision. IF Hayes is the aggressor in the second impact I'd have a hard time believing the self defense claim. If Smith slammed on his brakes and Hayes hit him then Hayes story makes more sense. Really want to see the second impact.

No it's not.

Wrong, but this video doesn't 100% show a collision.

Watch the new video Boom posted. If you cant see contact, and then Hayes car surge forward from contact, then you are a liar.

quote:Yes, it 100% does.
Wrong, but this video doesn't 100% show a collision.

One thing I'd add is, did Will tell Hayes he's going to get his gun....therefore Hayes feared for his life.
I'd say Hayes is guilty if that didn't happen combined with no visible weapon found.
