Means looks like he could be a solid rotation WR in VERY small sample size. Hadn’t heard much buzz on him at all though so wouldn’t be surprised if they try to stash him away on practice squad?

Cedric Wilson Jr #11 was paid decently ti be WR3, but has done nothing. I would probably cut him in favor of other young guys

If he doesn’t do anything to separate himself, have to think he’s out to save the cap. Especially if he’s “making plays” like he did on that 3rd down of the 2nd series. Sure Carr should have put the ball to the sideline (Carr had too many out routes where the ball was way inside, begging for a pick-6), but Wilson had an opportunity to put 2 hands in it yet elected to try and trap it against his facemask. Not something you want to see out of a 6th year vet.

Wilson was brought in because he is a very above average run blocker from the WR position. Someone will need to prove they can do that too in order to cut him

no mention of Bub Means, at all, and he's outplayed Perry in BOTH games thus far...

What? AT Perry had 4 catches for 85 yards in the first game and Bub didn’t play due to injury. Last night’s game, Perry caught 2 for 24 yards and Means caught 2 for 16.

Plus they gave him actual money.

They might try to sneak at perry onto practice squad.

Wilson ran as WR2 with Shaheed out. He’s a roster lock

It also tells you how bad this group is. Corey Davis, Mike Thomas, Julio Jones, Claypool.. need to add a big body who has seen live bullets

What? He's a solid #3. Plus he was just drafted last year.

He played in 10 of 17 games last year and had 12 receptions on 18 targets for 246 yards. His 4TDs are a nice stat, but I’m not sold that his body of work qualifies as a solid #3.

Underhill, Duncan and Terrell have all said in some way, shape or form that he’s done very little in camp and that last weeks game was the first he’s shown much production. He didn’t look good last night. He was a 6th round pick - not much is invested in him. It’s not a foregone conclusion he makes the roster.
