If the pick is top 5 then Loomis just needs to quit.

Got to fire allen tomorrow, and hope the interim gets the normal interim boost

Lol Ricky Williams bad grade.

Have we picked in the top 5 since Reggie? What a waste

Nah we traded 18 and change to the Eagles for 16 and 19 and then flipped 16 to the Commanders for 11 where we took Olave.

Olave looks like a good player but it's looking like we gave up a top 10 pick for a wide receiver on a team without a QB.

No way you plan for the top 2 WRs, TE, and QB to get hurt and be out multiple games in a row or longer.

shite didn’t go our way.

I think Penning and Olave are good additions to the team.

well if he was there at #4 for us we would be glad to get him for a #4 pick

that said, we needed a lot more then just one great WR and the deal we made gave up way way more then just that #4 pick. had we stayed pat with what we went into last years draft with, this team would have a half dozen decent players and much more depth at nearly every position

Technically yes but we could have just traded up from 18 instead of 16 and gotten Olave without giving up the extra first. Honestly an embarrassing trade to do going into a season with a new HC and Jameis coming off ACL surgery as your starting QB.

Olave is not worth the 4th pick, plus everything else we used to get him. He’s good, but due to a bottom percentile frame, if he gets hit hard or hits the ground hard, he drops the ball.

Guys like Ja’Marr, JJ, Tyreek are worth #4 picks

Olave is like an end of first rd or top of 2nd rd talent. And that’s not being disrespectful, that’s just being honest.

Best to look at the whole package.

Saints sent 2023 Picks 98 and 120 to Washington.
Saints sent next year's 1st rounder, and the 2024 second rounder to Philadelphia.

For all of that - including our own first round pick - we got Penning, Olave, and Jordan Jackson (6th round pick)
