Allen has lost this team.

When Allen and Carr threw Olave under the bus after Carr threw a horrendous pass, they both officially lost the team.
Then when you listen to their press conference, they take zero accountability for the failure of this team.

Not sure Allen ever had this team. This team was being carried by the veterans, not the coaching staff.

Can’t lose what you never had

Honestly, I don't think he has. Coaches that lose a vet team don't watch them claw back from a 21 point hole. The team played hard as hell yesterday against a superior opponent.
I think DA is a terrible coach, but this is year 2 that he has had a losing team playing hard at the end of the season. Now, they play dumb football, but he has them playing hard.

Kamara basically said LAST YEAR that he wasn't happy with the way DA was running things in practice.
He never had them

I don't think he lost the team yet but I do think he could do a lot more to bring team more together. DA just seems very distant from the players. I have not seen a game in person, but on TV I have not seen him engage any players walking off the field. He shows zero excitement and celebration with the players. In post game locker room talks he seems very canned with little emotion as if he is just getting through it because he has to.

Allen never had the team. I think they were fine with him as a substitute teacher when Peyton had to sit out a game or two because of covid...maybe last year they were on board with him because of how Sean quit.
Players are employees and we have some decent IQ players. There's no way Cam or Demario or even Mathieu can see the results, see the offense struggle, know the talent they have there, and not put a finger on the problem. The fact that DA is clueless about it makes it worse.
A week after calling this offense explosive because he didn't like Kamara stating we didn't have an offensive identity
1 play Interception
3 plays -1 yard
3 plays -5 yards
5 plays punt
Where is the pride? What do you work on all week? 4 drives averaging 3 plays a possession to start a game with 0 points at home...any jackass on the couch could have just called all running plays and the team would have been better off for it
DA is more concerned about publicly sugar coating and projecting an image of false control vs actually identifying issues, making corrections, and improving results
This same clown said halftime adjustments are overrated.
The best teams in the league make halftime adjustments...the best teams in the league find ways to get their best players involved and create opportunities for them to have success.
We have had RZ trips this season where Thomas, Graham, Johnson, and Taysom are all on the sideline together at the same time
4 of your best RZ weapons all on the bench so you can run a play for Lynn Bowden
Seriously just end this season as soon as possible and fire this scrub coach and lackey OC

At the beginning of the season the Saints were getting off to better starts.
The last several games though they've played like s*** in the first half and gotten so far behind and they're not built to be a comeback team.
