1. Just glad it is over and the NFL has more than enough time to decide the sentence before the season

2. I think Kamara gave himself some wiggle room to negotiate his suspension down a few games. NFL can still look like hardasses and come with 6, Kamara can probably challenge it down to 4 with his community service and plea

3. It's not a big deal to the Saints anymore. Unlike last offseason Saints were able to properly fill the roster with backs who should still give the Saints a high chance to win with Williams and Miller while Kamara is gone...a luxury none of us felt a year ago

4. Bigger issue is Kamara. Like Michael Thomas the contract the Saints gave you came from performing but also the assumption you could be a professional and a leader to the organization. Your actions compromising that is your own doing. You will have to earn that back or you won't be on the team much longer even after this is settled.

People are forgetting the part where Kamara was arrested on the field at the pro bowl which was a complete embarrassment for the league

He will not be getting off easy here and he shouldn’t.

The video was horrendous no matter what the victim allegedly said/did for the situation to turn into a 12 vs 1 beat down.

There is obviously something in the narrative that has not come out publicly that would make this case difficult to prove to a jury. There is a missing piece to this puzzle.

Probably because they did not want this going to court with the possibility of AK walking. The entire ordeal was bad, but the reality is as soon as the guy hit the ground, AK was pulled off and did not hit him again. His business manager and the other player tuned the guy up when he was on the ground. But AK is the big name and the deep pockets

4 games, because the video surfaced

Not a huge fan of the suspension but we are going to be getting Miller quality reps paired with Williams. If Miller pops I’d not be surprised to see a 40/35/25 split rest of season between Kamara/Williams/Miller. Being able to motion Kamara out will pay dividends with our route spacing.

Yep, everyone forgot. That’s why there will be no suspension.

It should only be a game or two.

But it’s Commissioner Clown, so I’m still bracing for 8.

Guy he whipped looks like Mark Ingram. Alvin got confused thinking he was kicking Ingram’s arse for running out of bounds.

He should have been punished much more harshly. I won't pull for the Saints while he's there. I can't.

Don’t be dense. He was charged with felony assault that was reduced to a misdemeanor in a deal to avoid trial. Dude is getting suspended by the league based on the original charge and the video evidence.

Bro he’s not getting suspended for an incident that happened 3 years ago with video that’s been out for 3 years

He would’ve gotten suspended already. He was not convicted of anything. He won’t be suspended.

Y’all have been trying to figure out a suspension for him for the last 2 seasons now

Video that’s been out for 3 years

He would’ve gotten suspended immediately after the video if he was gonna get suspended

Did the league wait to suspend Ray rice or Watson? Get real man he’s not getting suspended for an incident that happened 3 years ago

Goodell knew about it and still let him play in the Pro Bowl. But ya he's still gonna suspend him probably lol.
