Part of the settlement is $100K to the victim in medical bills... I imagine that means no civil suit since the victim has to agree to settle the criminal case

I don't know. This ended up with very minor charges. AK made no deal so I don't think it looks good in civil court. And he did not end up with much money either. Did he have a bad case or lawyers cause this seems way less all around than I thought. Very happy and very surprised.

I have an idea to make everyone whole. Kamara gets suspended for 2 games and the victim gets the equal of two paychecks.
