Shocking. Aging RB which no team has shown any interest stays with the team for a paycut.

I honestly don't understand the beef about this. Feels like Loomis is just insecure because Kamara and others went over his head to get DA fired (and rightfully so).
Edit: Lucky for us Kamara cares about the Saints more than his own ego (again looking at Loomis).

What are you even talking about, there is no beef. They just wanted him to take a paycut and he did

Yes, but when you are on a one year deal and have no immediate reason to use the extra cap space on a loyal vet like Kamara (i.e threatening to cut if he doesn't agree to a reduced salary) you know there is more to it

ehhhh not really excited about this. Estime and Neal are probably better at this point.

When Estime got carries in Titans game he did good.

You sound sad because he chose to stay with the team that drafted him. You people to pick a side either you like loyalty or you don't ....Goofy fans never satisfied...

Shoddy, injured o-line last couple years had nothing to do with that?
Reminder: he had 950/543 the season before last when he injured his knee on a fluke play down the stretch and had Rattler behind center most of the season

This board is the buddy D show sometimes I enjoy it.
I spent 1k on Shough signed rookies this off season. Let’s ride.

So the Saints should turn away a player who has been great in his career, even if he's on the backside of his career, because a backup had one good game against one of the worst teams in the NFL?
Kamara only played two games with Shough as the starter (he was injured early in game 3). While he didn't exactly set the world on fire in either game, he was decent vs. Carolina with 105 yfs on 25 touches (22 carries, 3 catches). Though I think he is past "All Pro" level Kamara, I still think there is enough juice to be a valuable playmaker in a platoon role.

Kamara wasnt running hard like Estime.
Kamara has been coasting straight into the back of the Saints offensive line the past 3 years.
Estime ran like he was running for his life.

No, because Estime feasted with that shitty, injured OL.
Give me Estime for the next 4 years over Kamara, all loyalty talk aside.
Glad AK is back and still hope Estime is legit.
Estime is the best pure power back to graduate from Notre Dame the last 5+ years after all...
If y'all want to trash anyone let it be K Miller and get him off the team now that we have 4 RBs.

I want to see CJ Johnson do well. Big fella. And Ty Chandler may get noticed.

Dude was washed 4 yrs ago. He is Lucky a team is willing to pay him anything. It’s not personal. This new regime gets it. You win with young speed not washed vets. If to come back and play will pay you a low base with incentives ! Pretty simple

You are a fricking idiot. AK's scrimmage yards from the last 4 seasons.
2022- 1387
2023- 1160
2024- 1493
2025- 657
Before last season he was 7 yards shy of 1500 yards and he missed 2 games that year. He could have easily had his highest yardage total of his career if he stayed healthy. Some of you mfers just talk out of your arse.
