A RB like AK should consider moving over to the slot this late in the career. He is an excellent receiver. He can avoid the heavy collision.

You are a fricking idiot. AK's scrimmage yards from the last 4 seasons.

2022- 1387
2023- 1160
2024- 1493
2025- 657

Before last season he was 7 yards shy of 1500 yards and he missed 2 games that year. He could have easily had his highest yardage total of his career if he stayed healthy. Some of you mfers just talk out of your arse.

These people have been calling Kamara washed for like 4 years.

A minority have called AK washed. A majority has concluded he checked out and has given minimum effort as of late.

It is understandable that we weren't competing and it was in his best interest to run out of bounds > risk injury or fight for extra yards. If you look at his yards per the last few years both rushing/ receiving you can see this.

But on the flip it kinda shows he's just not quite a leader like Cam/ DD.

No. Look at his yards per attempt for both rushing and receiving the last few years. Its not a coincidence that when we became less competitive those numbers went down. We were bad and he tried less, that isn't some crazy conspiracy. You could see it in games when he ran out of bounds instead of getting 1sts or fighting for yards.

People say he's washed, I'm saying he just hasn't cared and isn't giving max effort. And now that we look like a competent team he shows up at OTA's for a day and is all in? Right.

He should be good this year because he will actually try his hardest compared to the last 3-4 years. But I'm indifferent if we moved on because he didn't care much leading up to this and like I said, he's just content.

I'm confused by your "majority" comment. If he isn't washed but did look bad then what is the majority consensus? Either he is indeed washed or he just wasn't trying.

Alvin has been good every year till this last one. Maybe like all RBs he has hit his wall. We will see this year what he has left.
I haven't counted the post to argue over the word "majority". It's too damn hot.

Never said he was bad. He definitely could have been better IF he tried. Case and point.

Possibly. Or he looks good and pretty much confirms he's been checked out while the Saints were bad.

Fair.

He can rebound. The O-Line was bad.
I think he has a good season left in him.

I dont see any flashes of him burning it to the endzone for 45+ yards anymore.
But him shifting and picking up 1000+ yard season could be posssible.
