They should try to re sign him but not for anywhere close to top ten money.
I am not worried about his injury. Broken bones can fully heal.

let him walk. Too much money for too many penalties

His penalties were like the 100th issue with this team. He was the best player on our lifeless defense

Unlike the people in this thread I’d definitely take Adebo back.

It’s the top 10 money line people are bristling at.

I think he’s held 3 people since this thread started.

As for resigning him 1 year deal max. That wasn’t a little fibula fracture or something you’re back from quick. That wasn’t an absolutely brutal injury for the position that requires the most athleticism in the league.

kind of depends what type of femur fracture he has, and what kind of treatment he got. Lots of different "Femur Fractures"

How many have ever suffered the injury overall? I realize 4 have returned, but have 29 others broken their shite and just retired?
Naw, broken femurs resulting from NFL play are quite rare.

As in like less than one incidence of a broken femur per decade of the league’s history.

So the earlier post to the effect that not many players recover from a broken femur is misleading: not many players HAVE to recover from a broken femur.

Re-sign if they have the $. What a shame when the Saints draft and develope a player, but they FK'd up the salary cap so bad, that they can't re-sign their own players.

Sure if the money makes sense. If not paying him anywhere close to was the top corners are getting. If he wants to do a one year prove it deal so he can restore his value and hit the market again next year then I’d give him a 1 year $15 mil type deal or if he’d sign a 4 year $60 mil contract I would be good with that. He’s not a lockdown #1 but he’s a solid player who plays smart. In reality we should most likely just let him walk and draft another corner on day 2 so we save some money.

Read an article Adebo wants to be paid as a Top 10 CB at $20 million per year.

There is no money to even entertain this discussion.

Move on !!!

Bad team management reflected by bad team ownership. Tom would be eating Mickys arse out!

What is he basing this on? Does he think he is a top 10 corner in the league?
