Not to worry.. I will personally welcome all 49er fans to the dome next year. I do not beleive in abusing the oppsoing teams fans, unless they are from Chicago. Since reading this I will add the 49ers to my list.

Went to a game there in '01. Wore Saints gear. It wasn't pleasant.

Or we could just, you know, treat opposing teams with respect.

I expected the worst at the bears game this as far as retaliation for what they did in 2006. i saw no incidents at all with bears fans being mistreated or any revenge towards them at all.

I completely agree with you.

I guess we have different perspectives.

I feel like if you harass another team's fan, you don't trust your own team to beat theirs.
Let the players do the talking on the field, not the fans in the parking lot.

All fan bases have shitty fans. However, Chicago and Atlanta are some of the most obnoxious I've seen come through the dome

I dont harass just any team's fans. I harass my most hated and biggest rival Atlanta fans. I hate them, their fanbase, and their team.
ETA: If you wanna know why i hate Chicago fans i direct you to this photo:

This is spot on. But it is not surprising at all. Just a continuation of things that have been going on out west.

You should have been sitting near me. I actually felt bad the next day for the way I treated their fans, but recovered quickly from my guilt.

I don’t know why the Saint’s fan would be suprised. It’d be the same way for any visiting fan in the playoffs.

This, I'm sure many of our fans are no better..

Saints fans aren't exactly angels either. A co-worker of mine from Michigan went to the monday night Detroit game with his wife and they had ice thrown at them, saints fans calling them MF's, etc. and pretty much harrassed them the entire game. I know him pretty well so I sure he wasn't starting shite or making it up.
