Saints held them at times but they got shafted on several bs calls or no calls. It’s all about momentum just like in the Rams game.
Saints were also missing two key LBers and the third is on IR. With good LBer play, you can neutralize the Niners.
Saints also only had the advantage of Ford out the game for most of it. Falcons had ( defensive starters out for the 9ers and still struggled to move the ball.

Also on the Kittles final catch, low IQ play by Williams made it worse. If he just tackles him instead of trying to strip, there is no penalty and it is a much harder fg as he is likely down outside the 40 with no penalty and the clock running forcing 9ers to use their last timeout.

It was stated on WWL radio this past Monday that when any NFL team loses their starting C to an injury and he's out the next game that team loses 80% of the time.
