There are 5 guys on the court at any given time. If one of them is very good but makes everyone else around him worse (which he does when he’s the primary focal point of the offense), I want nothing to do with him.

If Kyrie wants to “team up” with another superstar this year, I see his options are basically AD (if traded to Celtics or NYK), Lebron (If AD is not traded there), or Kawhi (if he leaves).

Like some have mentioned, I think Kyrie waiting for next year and KD (assuming KD takes his $30+ mil player option which who knows if he will do that) and just signing a 2yr deal with 2nd being player option seems plausible as well.
