I wouldn't do it for Noel because his contract is coming up and it would force AD to play center
Why would he be forced to play the 5 with Noel? Noel is a 5 and has shown good ability there as a rim protector. With Okafor in Philly, Noel basically spent this past year playing out of position.
That said, I wouldn't do 6 for Noel straight up.

I don't think Philly would have interest. I don't think anyone will. I think Philly is a good dumping ground for a guy on a 1 yr deal because they won't land any FA's anyway

Is that true?
That part is true.

Saric, 21, has a player option on his contract that will technically allow him to come to the NBA for the 2016-17 season. However, there will be a big incentive for him to stay in Turkey for a third year and wait until the 2017-18 season to play in the NBA.
Under the terms of the league's collective bargaining agreement, Saric will no longer be bound by the rookie salary scale if he waits three years to come to the NBA. That means he could negotiate a free-agent contract for a much higher salary with the Sixers, much like Nikola Mirotic did with the Chicago Bulls last summer.

Whether it affects his decision or not is unknown, I have seen several reports that he's expected to come over this season.

Ok.
Why would he be worth moving down a whole lot of spots in the draft and dumping an expiring contract?
I'm not sure I'm getting that one. Too unproven for such a drastic move for me, unless they have some big plans for our Cap.

I do not think that the 76ers would value Tyreke much. I think Tyreke is traded to a contender and sold as someone who can provide scoring off the bench as opposed to being moved to a bad team as a starter to run the offense.
Cavs, OKC, Celtics, Raptors, Clippers, Grizzlies, Hornets, maybe Heat. Maybe someone talent deficient, but who wants to win now like the Knicks or Nets would make the move.

Knicks and Rockets don't have a new coach yet
Uh, I guess someone should tell Hornacek and D'Antoni they don't have jobs

D'Antoni is being announced today at 2pm, and Hornacek will be announced this week. They have the jobs.
