Appreciate It
I’ll give it a Shot
All of Zion’s Workout Pics
I included the viral pic, with 3 other pics.
Let me know if the link doesn’t work and I’ll try again.

I hope you're right, dude, but I really doubt it. Zion has a 40"+ vertical. Think about the lower body stress of him landing from that height at that weight then immediately bouncing back up for a second jump. Then repeat it over and over again while sprinting in between for 35 minutes a game for 82 games over the course of 6 months. And that's before you get to the playoffs!
I really, really think he has to drop weight, even if it costs him some muscle mass. For me the best Zion frame was the Duke Zion frame. He looks strong and fit, but not overly massive or blocky...

Muscle weighs more than fat. So there’s that.

I have to say one of the worst parts of being a Pels fan is that zion only wears baggy sweatsuits.
I’m trying to figure out the future of our franchise based on his neck 90% of the time.

I have been in the Camp that Zion is a huge risk…and still am, however he looks great right now!

don't want to see him get more jacked. I want to see him to lean down, lose some muscle, up the cardio and flexibility play somewhere around 250-260.
would be nice but..
how about 86% ft using proper form?
how about 40% on set shots from the 3 line?
a jump hook in the lane with 80% accuracy.
he can be fit and still finish 4th in horse behind me and my high school players just on in my street.
hes really meh aside from power inside.
his injuries prevented practice.
unless hes learning shots
hes a year away from a year away.

None of this makes sense. His game is not really dependent on shooting. He's talking about him becoming less injury prone with greater stamina. There is no greater priority for Zion. Nothing else matters if he can't play cause he's hurt..

sad and funny
yes we all hope he gets in great shape and can stay on the floor too.
imho
to be premier he has to be a darn good 2 level shooter too, not only power.

I love that these threads always pop up over summer and we get the same result

was it doctored? He still looks like the same out of shape Zion and nothing like his work out pics.
