Start making inquires and have something in place to trade for Patrick Beverly from the Clippers after Blake Griffin eventually signs elsewhere.
Beverly has a good shot and is a monster on defense (NBA All-Defensive Team?)

I doubt they can afford him if they are staying over the cap and giving Justin Holiday most of the MLE.

Are you dumb? Serious question.

I'd love Reddick, but the team that gives him a 4-5 year deal worth over 20M a season is going to regret it, just like we did with Peja. Yeah he was great the first 2 years, and then his age finally caught up with him and he was terrible. That's what will happen to Reddick.
CJ Miles has always been a decent 3 point thread, but as ATL said, what we need is a run around 3 point shooter, not a guy that sits in the corner 3 point shooter.
I like Will Barton, but I dont' trust he'll continue to be a good 3 point shooter.
I think Fournier would be a 40%+ 3 point shooter on the Pels, and a 15ppg guy easily. Feel the same way about Matthews as well as Middleton and Danny Green. I don't think we can get Middleton, but I think the other 3 are somewhat gettable if some dominos fall the right way, and would make us a strong contender for that 4th spot in the west easily.

You're acting like trading Buddy for Demarcus Cousins was a bad move.

I think it was. We will see in the next few years. If it was such a great move why did no one else want him?

Because it wasn't an open bidding process. The Kings contacted a small handful of teams that had something they wanted in exchange for Cousins. Of the teams that I've seen mentioned, the Pels traded for Cousins and Orlando and Los Angeles fired their GMs who didn't.

Holy shite.

Jordan Matthews is going to be a huge addition for this component of the game. He is prolific from the 3 which is why he chose the Pels over signing with other teams. I see him as a long term solution for the Pels problem here.

Add in Frank Jackson and Peter Jok and we have a level of talent that this roster hasn't seen in years.
PG: Frank Jackson
SG: Jordan Matthews
SF: Peter Jok
PF: AD
C: Boogie
#Championship
Come on my man.

You think Buddy and Collins or Monk or Jackson+Giles would be better? You think with them we're a playoff team, because we weren't close with Buddy+Galloway+Evans and you could definitely still see the ceiling for the team even on great nights.
A lot of us LOVED buddy, you could see how good of a shooter he was when he got the volume and consistency. He continued to do so in Sacramento.
That being said, he's a limited defender with limited offensive role. he's not a playmaker and his ceiling is CJ McCollum which is not guaranteed.
The trade guaranteed a 27/11/4 center to pair with your big forming arguably the best tandem in the league. We gave up jack squat for him.

I'd prefer we go after an undervalued, former lotto reclamation project type like James Young (only 21) or Ben McLemore (24). Both have issues with work ethic/attitude but I think if the market sets wrong for their services, either could be had on the cheap.
