Get rid of Zion this year...then...give BI one year with shooters and a PG around him. See if he can adjust his game to become a much better player. I doubt he can do it...but gotta give him one last chance. Not much choice to do anything else.

To be fair, it’s not very brave of you to appear in this thread with that post 1 day after a good game. The time to Stand on business was 2 days ago, champ.

Everyone better pump the brakes. Y’all trade off your stars and go into a rebuild now with one of the oldest venues and sub par fan participation. We gonna be pulling for the St.louis,Nashville,Pittsburgh or Seattle pelicans. Careful what y’all push for.

Do you think I meant trade Zion and rebuild?
Zion has a ton of value. I want a different superstar, one who actually cares about winning. Zion can say he cares all he wants, 6 years in a row of doing nothing in the offseason says it all.
I don’t want to trade him for 5 1st round picks. I want an all nba player back, and that’s not unrealistic in a Zion trade right now.

I want Giannis.

You don’t trade Zion unless you getting someone like him or Luka back. Luka was so close to wanting out until a few long shot moves turned out great for them.

You just hope he stays healthy and produces until someone like that caliber hits the market.

BI still needs to be traded also

It really doesn't matter who you trade. The entire organization is bad who tolerates this type of stuff. The players do what they want to and no one is held accountable.

You need to trade DG, then Willie and go from there.

I’m not married to keeping BI.
I just want to get rid of Zion and see what Murray and BI can do with a good supporting cast of shooters and get us playing faster.
We just can’t play at the pace necessary to shoot more threes with Zion.

BI has been the boogeyman for the last 3 years as everyone tries to convince themselves Zion isn't the problem.

Why? What does BI do so wrong? Score efficiently? Set up teammates? Plays solid defense? Play well with a traditional PG? Shoots well from outside?

Zion is the guy that fricks up your roster construction, not BI.

After being sat down for an injury that didn't happen to our knowledge, I'm at the point where it's either the team keeping his value low and intentionally sitting him for whatever reason, or the nga really is soft ASF and not serious about being a great player.

I’m on board for the right trade package.

I’m done with him.

I was called out so many times trying to put blame on Zion when defending BI all offseason. And I wasn’t doing it to defend BI just more so to give blame to Zion also b/c BI deserved blame without a doubt but it aggravated me that Zion got hardly any of it.

It’s extremely difficult for us to put lineup out there with Zion and we can play at a pace necessary to get up enough 3s. He always plays slow and he doesn’t shoot 3s and since he’s 300lbs and the heaviest player in the league, he refuses to play the 5 on defense so we are forced to put a 5 out there who also won’t shoot 3s.
Expecting Herb and BI to play the 5 when you’ve got the strongest heaviest dude in the league is what pussies are made of.

What you are seeing play out right now is why it was going to be hard to trade BI.

BI is liked and respected amongst his teammates. he puts in the effort and wants to play.

Your other star is not respected .

It’s easy for griff to let BI go down to the wire and just be able to say “ we couldn’t get a deal done “ . He was/is never going to trade him until this upcoming deadline unless the season was in the gutter
