How misleading is that tweet? Yea, if the Pelicans actually wanted Jaylen Brown, a Trey, Herb, and three firsts for Jaylen Brown trade would’ve been done by now.

Maybe... But Jaylen Brown doesn't have that kind of value around the league right now. Hence the reason why Boston is having some trouble moving him.

Not misleading at all, you just misread it.
All they said was a "Brown for Trey trade". Didn't some specify the full package or that its just Brown for Trey.
Celtics wanted Giannis as plan A and Trey as plan B from what has been reported.
Celtics want Trey > players from other teams. If we really wanted Brown and willing to give up the assets then they probably take it due to wanting Trey.

The first part is "if the Pelicans actually want J Brown". That means "if they'd give up the assets".
Its not done because we aren't giving them the assets they want. But "if we actually wanted Brown that much" then it would have been done.
He's pretty much saying Boston values Trey > all other assets they've been offered so if we really want Brown that bad then it would have already been done.
The tweet is more about how much Boston likes Trey and less about what would have to be given up.
