The Houston Rockets are among the teams kicking the tires on the possible availability of wings Mikal Bridges and Cam Johnson, sources tell @TheAthletic.
Yeah this is going to be tough to beat out Houston

I don't get this for Houston, they are not a Mikal Bridges away from even being a playoff team

He's a young, still improving, player. Not out of the question for them to be thinking long term with him.
They could be scary in a few years:
KPJ
Jaylen Green
Mikal
Jabari (not sold on him)
Sengun (will be the best out of these 5)
That's a pretty nice starting lineup.

No it won’t, like the Knicks and Thunder most of their picks are all protected.

I would take Cam Johnson. He’s cheaper and another shooter we need.

I can see Bridges being attractive since he's a leader and an elite glue guy for a young team that doesn't know how to be professionals and play selfless basketball. Green,Bridges,Smith, and Sengun looks like a very good team. And imagine if they finish off that lineup with Scoot. Sheesh.
Can Johnson doesn't make sense for them though.

I'd imagine they are tired of sucking. They're on track to be the first team ever to have the worst record 3 years in a row. Also the thunder control their 24,25,26 picks from the westbrook trade so they can't really tank

Brooklyn's blockbuster Kevin trade with Phoenix is not yet official, which could allow Nets to expand this deal. But despite wealth of interest, Brooklyn intends to keep Mikal Bridges beyond the 3 p.m. trade deadline, league sources told @YahooSports.
This reads as up your offers or we’re good

Probably reading way too far into this, but KCB tweeted “today will be fun” a couple hours ago.

Would be pretty sweet if King Cake baby was the first to announce a Pels trade lol

Because he would have 1 less year on his deal and his last year is only partially guaranteed. Graham + Kira make the same amount next year as duncan so it wouldn't affect your cap next year. If he bounces back you have a shooter and 2 1sts
Why not work the Nets into that trade and get Claxton and Bridges too?
Heat get…
Graham
Kira
Willy
Nets get…
Jaxon
Jones
2 1st from Miami
1 st (Milwaukee?) from Pels
Pels get
Bridges
Robinson
Claxton

Oh just what Boston needs. More 3 point shooting. JFC, they have 8 guys that shoot better than anything we have outside Trey/CJ.
