First off I am disappointed in not getting a big splash in areas of need; however I do really like what Richardson brings. Outside of the tax situation, I think this is hitting home the idea of developing and growing more naturally through the draft. The hope seems to be to see how this team performs when healthy because they were once the 1 seed in the west and there’s still a log jam behind the nuggets. We cannot forget this teams potential and I think another postseason with hopefully winning a series will continue to develop our young guys more. I think after the trade deadline the west got a lot harder but our team still looks good. I can’t wait to see Zion added back to the group. The league seems to have a short memory. LFG.

Everything hinges on health. Pels are healthy and the sky is the limit.

Can we just get injuries that last a few games instead of a month or two, is that too much to ask

Optimistic for the rest of the year with Zions return. We will be top 6 and clear the play in. With that being said I was craving an excitement matching the night of the Boogie trade.

I think we can get homecourt in round 1, but the west has seriously changed with Durant in the mix.

Teams that worry me-Denver, Golden State and the Suns

I really want Memphis in round 1 because that’s a group of bitches minus Adams. It’s the rivalry for this franchise and I’d like to see it elevated to another level. Get past them and it would be matchup dependent to get to the WCF.

We still have 2 guys 95% of the league can’t guard.

No one will want to play a healthy pelicans in the playoffs.

Without one of Zion or Ingram healthy and in form, maybe a first round win.

Dallas worries me now. They were a tough out before Kyrie.

Kings, Clippers and Suns have 3 of the 6 hardest remaining schedules in the league. Pels have one of the easiest remaining schedules in the league.

If we stay healthy I think we finish the rest of the season at +10 at 18-8.

With all the parity this season, 47-35 would get us a 4 seed at worst. We have a 7 game stretch after the break where we play the bottom teams in the league and hopefully can really break it open and be sitting in 3rd or 4th on 3/24 after that stretch.

My 47-35 prediction includes us going 3-0 into the All Star break though so hoping they manage it. A 6-game W streak after a 10-game losing streak going into the break would be a good momentum builder for the rest of the year.

I strongly disagree about pre-Irving Mavericks being a tough out, but it’s a moot point.

I think if healthy we can slide into the 5th seed where i hope we can face the kings in the 4th seed. Thats a very winnable series. From there just let it ride and adjust in the offseason

I do not trust the clippers at all. I can see them falling.

Obviously the Pels injury reports are terrible. BUT. Zion is said to be out until the ASB. That's only 2 more games without him. BI is back and rolling. We've won 3 straight and seem to be getting things back on track...right in time for us to get this back:

3 games* and that is of course the best case scenario.

You don’t think we can beat Memphis?

We match up terribly with them. They've blown us out like 4 out of the last 5 times we've played them

PAIN!!

Just not sure if pain we'll inflict on the league or the pain the players will feel from the injuries we keep racking up.
