This is likely going to be the first opening tip I miss since the Hornets to town

Inexcusable to ditch Bally's and end up here.

Are you trying to say you don't know how to use Streameast on your phone?

We've come a long way since JustinTV, and it's super easy to watch any game you want for free.

and yeah, it's stupid that some of us will have to resort to illegal streams to watch Pelicans games when we live in the vicinity of the team.

I'm saying I'm not going to fight with the hassle and herpes of it. Until they can put the games back on my cable plan in 4k, I'm out. I'll read box scores and watch highlights, but I'm not going out of my way to support an organization that can't or won't support itself.

Same goes for merch and tickets. That spigot done been turnt off.

I don't blame you. It's ridiculous. I've been illegally streaming Pelicans/Hornets game since the beginning. It's a way of life.

I'll be signing up for the new streaming service. I have YoutubeTV so things will be no different for me as I purchased the Ballys streaming package the past 2 years.

1. Type in website name
2. Click on game
3. Deal with 2-3 pop ups before it lets you play the game

Only meth/ crack streams gives you herpes.

Of course if the free option is ignored or denied then no one could come here and bitch about not having access or having to pay more.

I could have pulled up a game faster than you and I could have typed out these messages..

This isn't about watching games, its about ease of access to watch games.

Fans have tried to give out stream links for several years and people would rather not use them only so they can come here and complain.

You buy a boat and pay $50 for a boat launch. The boat launch gets destroyed. Instead of driving an extra 10 minutes to a free boat launch you just never take your boat out again and bitch about not having a launch....

I'm already paying $300/month for marina access with a boat launch. I'm not okay with the marina owner closing our launch, then suggesting I use the shitty public launch that will frick up my axles or pay the marina owner an additional $60/month to use the new launch he opened a mile down the road.

I'm telling the marina owner to kiss my arse and going fishing somewhere else.

Yeah, but I don't live in fricking Bedrock, so I'm not buying an antenna.

I'm going to watch the game obviously, but I do think it's hilarious that we have people on here saying the TV situation as currently constructed now is better than what Bally's was last season.

Sure, it's free now, but the channel broadcast quality for some of the stations now is a 480p signal that is stretched out to a 16x9 aspect ratio. Like it's 2024, the only option to watch a NBA game should be in HD... unfortunately, that's no longer the case.

No. You would have chose to never fish again until your launch opens back up in this scenario.

What if its actually a good launch and its free?

Yeah when you open the sports live stream its really a personal EMP attack and will also leak all your nudes to your TV contacts.

Whatever you say, Dan. I'll be going fishing instead of spending money on the Pelicans.

It isn't, though. The slab ends after 12 feet and there's a 6 foot scour hole off the end. The VHF signal is absolute trash. The cable feed last year was just as bad on the games on Gray channels.

I'll watch the games when they are on cable in 4k. No action required on my end.
