Couldn't get past the 2nd rd with CP3 or AD, and now on the third franchise reset, it feels like we'll be lucky to get past the 2nd rd again, only to then see Zion and BI move on.

This franchise is equal parts unlucky and self-inflicting.

frick.

BI isn't going anywhere. Zion, on the other hand might. But, it also might be a good idea to re-evaluate our training staff

The frick was the staff supposed to do about Zion? They played as safe as possible and he still re-injured himself

You guys keep blaming the staff but this guy's playing style is only going to create more and more problems as he gets older

This isn't just about Zions injury. Their entire philosophy is screwed up.

We have guys missing excessive amounts of games to "Prevent injuries"--only to have them miss even more games when they actually are injured.

With the current philosophy, you're always out.

At what point does Zion take over the glass man moniker from AD?

AD was NOT as fragile as ZW during his 1st 4 years.
ZW elevates lack of reliability to a new level closer to a bust than franchise savior.

I think it's safe to put him in Kwahi Leonard territory at this stage.

If he can't stay healthy at this young of an age, he'll never be healthy.

It's very frustrating. I've essentially quit on the Saints for a variety of reasons after almost 40 years of fandom. Mostly, I hate the NFL league office, but Allen is such a clown that helped push me further.

I'm not there yet, but I'm getting close to just giving up on the Pels too. This is not a fun team to follow because they're just always hurt. It's one thing to lose, but I'm so sick of the constant injuries.

Kwahi averages about 60 games a year for the last decade and is not close to being as unreliable as Zion.
Zion looks like an official injury bust that will not even be in the league in 5 more years.

What makes it so frustrating for me is that we've already had multiple glimpses this year of their potential. When healthy, and runnng on all cylinders, this is easily a Top 3 (or, arguably, better) team, which inspires hope/faith.

Instead, we are flirting with play-in scenarios or bottom-of-the-lotto doomsday events after every injury report which crushes the little hope/faith we have.

If Kawhi plays tomorrow then at that point the duo of Zion and BI will have missed more games in the last four years than Kawhi and Paul George.

Yep, just another very disappointing season. More so I think this year from what the expectations were before the season started. Very frustrating!

we were deprived of ever seeing a run on all cylinders.
early they were still running hayes out there and kira was out.
daniels is still developing. tm3 might be ready now.
a lot of pieces in flux.
while im disappointed its still conceivable zion plays before playoffs.
even 4 out of the last 6 games would be nice. play, rest. play. rest. day off. play some. play some. playoffs!
