Detroit is missing their 6 best players tonight. Cunningham, Duren, Thompson, Stewart, Grimes and Fontecchio out. We’re basically playing a g league tonight.

Damn. Tanking much?

A bit obvious, unfortunately, this draft sucks for franchise/generational talent.

Knock em out early to rest up for the critical homestand.

This sometimes gets dangerous. Those dudes are usually hungry. If we can keep it tight in the first half, we’ll probably blow them out in the second.

I hope pistons fans didn't pay more than $10 to go to this game

I thought Jaden Ivey would of been better than what he's shown in the League, thus far.

Doesn't help that the Pistons have zero spacing, probably negative spacing lol

Nice

Got kinda tight there at the end. We have several truly horrible defensive players. You could tell who the Pistons were "going at" in the 4th quarter. Our weak links will be abused...come playoff time. Some will probably be "unplayable", especially anywhere near, crunch time. (Dyson can't get back soon enough...imo)

I think/hope he was talking about Hawk and Ryan at the end of the game.

Don’t worry about it. Some people
just can’t enjoy prosperity.

OK...it's a new day. Looking back, I was a bit too harsh in my criticism of some of our players. It was a regular season game vs the Pistons & we were up 15 in the 4th quarter when I started closely watching the game. NOBODY plays hard down the stretch in that kind of game. My bad.

Having said that...I must admit I'm looking forward to the playoffs...when I fully expect our entire squad to turn it up a notch or two...on the defensive end. I'll have a much more informed opinion of our actual individual defensive ability...when the playoffs finally get here.

FWIW: I gave myself a quick kick in the nutz this morning... when I read my overreaction to yesterday's performance. (BUT...I STILL say...Dyson can't get back soon enough)

The fact hes done a full practice leads me to believe he’ll be back during this homestand. Lets see if he has a status change for the thunder game.

By the way- overreactions happen. Trust me Ive had plenty. But I agree you can tell the guys were getting bored and just wanted to end the game and go home.
