yeah, this makes me feel oh so much better that they gave up an unprotected first on a shite team for a guy closing in on a double double

I swear some of y'all have no critical thinking skills. A guy had a double double on 60% and that's in his worst performance? That's promising...

Also go watch that 3 he just hit while you lick my balls.

buddy, it’s the nba in general. All fans are like this during SL. Relax

fair enough but you have to admit his defense has been atrocious. Hopefully it improves

It shouldn’t be that shocking that an 18/19 year old kid wouldn’t be a world stopper on defense against grown men.

The fact he came back in the 2nd half and ended up posting a double double is pretty encouraging.

Again, it's against Terrence Shannon and Leonard Miller who are really wings. There's no way he's ever going to keep up with them even if he's in great shape.

He would never be on the floor at PF if we ever play a team running those type of players at the 4.

There is a very long history of great players sucking in SL and dogshit players looking like Allstars. Go take a look at Jalen Brunson in SL.

Look at Missi last year.

Take SL in context and for what it is.

100% but it was mainly positioning. I actually argued the EXACT same thing last year with Missi. Missi struggled on defense and rebounding because of positioning/ timing early on.

Its the same thing except Queen looks nervous as frick.

You might play him at C against teams like that.

Never judge players off summer league even though it's hard not to

He also has 7 turnovers. He had a terrible game but did start getting better at the end.

So did Fears. He scored all 13 points in the second half. He clearly settled down on offense.

How many of those turnovers were in the first half though? He looked a lot more comfortable with the ball in his hands in the second.

Yeah Fears had a rough 2nd half and Queen had a rough 1st half besides defense.

Reeves will probably get his 2 way back from Alexander at this rate. Quinones played well enough to be confused about how bad he looked.

I doubt Missi plays the whole Summer league which is good considering I'd like to see more of Queen/ Dickinson.

I did like some of the moves Missi showed.

Can't believe Missi had 0 blocks today. Thought it was going to be a block party with Missi.

I wouldn’t count too much on Fears turnovers, a lot of guys were surprised by his passes and couldn’t catch for shut

queen looked so lazy, slow, and unmotivated out there if he wasn't directly involved in the play. gonna be holding our breath for the next 5 years hoping he provides some kind of value that outweighs those bad habits.

I’m actually encouraged that Queen played a lot better in the 2nd half after a horrid 1st.

That SHOULD be encouraging to people but I know it won’t be

I question the knowledge of basketball from alot of the members on this board. If you didn't pull anything really positive from Queen, you're really missing it. Very patient when heading to the basket, nice passing ability, and can finish. He'll be fine. I was more worried watching Fears, although I still believe he'll be a stud. He was trying to force it too much. I don't understand the meltdowns on this board. If you hate the team so bad, stop watching.

I had the game on in my office, a co worker came in and watched for a few minutes, the first thing he said was ... "whose this slow lazy pos?", and pointed at Queen...
