I know it's SL but I'm still complaining about these refs. Lol.

His Basketball IQ is probably the thing holding him back the most. Good thing he is only like 20 and will have 82 games to watch two of the best in the game mentor him.

Cook and Jaylen Jones have been the most impressive today.

Everyone else is looking pretty awful.

We still have our 2-way deal open right? Jalen Jones looks like a good candidate for that spot.

Thats a good question, I think, but someone probably knows better then me.

Yeah I came in interested in seeing James Young as a potential SF, but Jalen is low-key impressing the heck out of me right now.

Despite the fouls, Diallo is playing really well

He's really terrible on defense. Has a great offensive game. He's like Ajinca. He can score if you give him the green light, but the defense is so bad you can't keep them on the court.

Defensively, its IQ and doing too much. Some of the fouls have been just bad.

As for his offense, I think he's more complete than Ajinca. Looks a lot more fluid.

Diallo was visibly pissed at that last timeout play. Was clearly not happy with that last play the coach drew up.

Makes sense since they basically used him as a glorified screen setter for shooters that hadn't hit all game.

I haven't gotten to watch the game but his defense has been pretty universally panned. But AD was the same way, a defensive prospect that came in with surprisingly efficient offense and disappointing defense. I'm not saying Diallo will be as good as AD, just that it took AD 3-4 years to get respectable on defense but his offense made him playable until that happened.

His Defense isn't that bad. He just leaves his feet all the time. AD did the same thing if memory serves me right.

Basically going for blocks instead of playing good Defense.

I watched both games all the way through. The second game he got 4 fouls in 5 mins and I don't think he got another foul the rest of the game.

I'm more worried about his stamina. Was gassed at the end both games.
